We launched our kitchen at the bustling Portland Farmers Market in spring of 2006. Word caught on about our outdoor baking operation and in early 2008, founders Walt, Kevin, and Brian opened up a small biscuit shop where folks can enjoy a wholesome breakfast or lunch 7 days a week, rain or shine.
